How it works
OpenTalents are a multi award-winning digital agency specialising in web, SEO, PPC, video and design, working with market-leading brands and businesses of every shape and size.
As a OpenTalents partner, you can earn recurring commissions for referring new client opportunities to us. We engage with multiple digital marketing agency partners.
You introduce a new client to us. We check our CRM to make sure we’re not already in dialogue with them (if we are, we’ll show you the correspondence to prove this)
You make the introduction to OpenTalents.
We manage the entire process end-to-end from there
If we close business with the client you’ve introduced, we pay you!

Donate it to charity! We’ll donate it to a charity of you choice, send you a confirmation of the payment and OpenTalents will also boost it by an extra 5%. We’ll let the client know (if you’d like us to)
Receive the full cash commission yourself or split it with the client on a ratio of your choice
Pass the full commission back to the client – we’ll pay cash to them and let them know it came from you!
What can you earn?
Earn 10% commission on the total gross SEO contract value (this includes one-time SEO audits and fully managed monthly campaigns).
Earn 7.5% commission on the total gross contract value of all other OpenTalents services – including websites, PPC, Design and Video.
Commission payouts are paid in line with invoice payments by the client. Once we’ve received the funds, we’ll process your payment within 7 days. For recurring revenue services such as SEO and PPC management and design retainers, you’ll earn a commission for the lifetime of the account – for as long as your introduction remains an OpenTalents client, we’ll keep paying out commission, completely uncapped.

How it works
If you refer a client who could be a great fit for our company, it’s really easy to get involved
Here's how it works:
1.
Refer a client for any of our services by either visiting the company, or over a call with our staff team, and we’ll do the rest
2.
Once the client deal is confirmed, we’ll let you know that things are underway by calling you and sending an email.
3.
You will earn about 10% of the gross profit of the deal depending on the service, month on month for as long as they remain using our services.
4.
The fees will be paid directly into your bank or given in cash based on your request. This is completely uncapped – the more business you refer, the more lucrative it makes things for you
